Shipping Policy

CARRIER

All orders ship with DHL Express, with tracking from dispatch to delivery.

SHIPPING ORIGIN AND FULFILLMENT

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment partner in China and shipped directly to the delivery address using DHL Express. DSTEEL STUDIO CORP remains responsible for the customer order, payment, customer service, and fulfillment commitments stated in this Shipping Policy.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Preparation: up to 15 business days. Each order is prepared to the shade, length and coverage you selected. We do not quote a minimum — the honest figure is the maximum, and we would rather beat it than miss it.

Transit: 5 to 8 business days with DHL Express, once the order is dispatched.

Counting both, allow up to 23 business days from order to delivery. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, so the calendar date will be later than the number of days suggests.

You receive the tracking number by email on the day the order is dispatched.

SHIPPING COST

A flat rate of US$ 89.00 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. It does not vary by weight, by destination, or by the number of items in the order.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders are shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of your order. You will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes to DHL upon delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@danisteelhair.com as soon as possible. We will investigate the shipment with DHL Express and resolve confirmed carrier loss or transit damage in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The address is the one you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, write to support@danisteelhair.com as soon as possible: before dispatch we can correct it, after dispatch we depend on the carrier.

Delivery to the wrong address through our fault or the carrier's is corrected at our cost, under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

The countries available for purchase are the ones shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, we do not ship there yet.
